BANFF Mountain Film Festival

The BANFF Mountain Film Festival is a collection of films about Mountain culture and adventure.

Screenings are at Ster Kinekor in Brooklyn Shopping Centre at 20h15 from 28 Oct to 3 Nov.

We are meeting at Mugg & Bean at 7pm on Tuesday 1 Nov. Come and join us.

This year, like every year, features a variety of disciplines from walking, climbing, mountain biking, fishing, snowboarding, caving, luge, kayaking to one of the best trailers I've seen yet, The Swiss Machine.

You can come see the film just for the last instalment. It features Ueli Steck missioning up mountains in a few hours, where most people take a few days. He is pure Swiss engineering. Come see it for yourself.
