Assessments

We are doing assessments in the week before the holidays. Its from 27 to 29 Sept in the afternoon. We'll organise a time that suits everyone, but it'll be in the afternoons.

If you want to use the club's gear without a committee member being present, you have to first do the assessment.

Only after an assessment is passed are you allowed to climb on the Wall outside of club night times. You have to have a valid 2011 membership card to qualify.

You will be required to attend one training session and one assessment session.

You have to be able to lead climb before you do the assessment. You are welcome to ask someone to show you how to lead climb. Otherwise you can take a course at The Barn or Adrenaline Sports in lead climbing. Check out the website for info on courses.
